Before Elmo chimes in with Pedroza "is in another class," I tend to agree that Pacq would be too fast and accurate, throwing from lots of angles, for Pedroza. Pedroza would try to slow him down with his usual assortment of nut shots and elbows but I could see this being a 10-5 kind of fight
