Cleveland Williams had that physique that was scary! Like Ken Norton and Evander Holyfield's physique. I will go with Big Cat.

It depends when we are talking for Williams. Pre-gunshot, I am not sure. I would love to see that fight. Post-gunshot wound, I would take Shavers.

Shavers may get outboxed by the Big Cat, but he would catch him with his massive right hand that knocked the Big Cat out from rounds 4 to 6.
