It’s only on iPlayer stream, there’s probably only about 20 people in the whole UK watching at the moment (including us

).

Did the ref just tell Parfitt to get up instead of counting him out when he took a knee after a knockdown!!!

Parfitt got floored by a big right , got up and then went down to a knee again at the count of 7 or 8 , the ref then directed Parfitt to get up instead of counting him out or so it looked.
The outcome was Parfitt survives the round then gets knocked down quickly in the next round to get stopped.

The one guy Pollard beat came back and beat him in the rematch. He lost to him at 0-49 and then beat him at 1-50. The other guy never won another fight as well and ended his career 1-6

McIntosh commentating is weird , a boxer lands a half decent punch and he shouts like it's a bullet and fight ending

This happens on every show. Why have you got it in for Shalom?

I would say that it is an exceptionally bad record and it is a televised event. I get the point that surely there was someone with a better record for a show that's supposed to be good enough to be on TV.

It is a weak card, I can only assume the budget is tiny for these cards

To get to that record he is probably several times better than most imports with 5-15 records.

there should be a film made about Ben Shalom and his boxing adventures, with this fight and your stats being mentioned in one of the scenes

You'd think he could find 5 guys he's able to beat if that was the case. Not saying he's much worse than them but it's a much tougher sell to fans.

How has Gully Power qualified for British title fight?
Never fought in an 8 round fight , only ever done 4 or 6 round fights.
Fought 2 people with winning records and lost one of them.
Not saying he's a bad fighter but how did he qualify for the title shot?

You could. Who's going to pay to import them, put a few grand in the pot and then pay him?

You don't have to import them. There's equally as bad pros here.

Who get 2k a fight and don't sell a ticket. Who's paying for them to fight each other and give the house money? And the similar ones here are also better than the imported shite that gets imported to our boys.
