I think wait until he announced it. Fury or Makhmudov will join in a week. Sanchez and Bakole will probably leave soon too. If he retires then there could be a vote to fill all the vacant gaps

Not that I'm complaining, I think Itauma should be way higher. I'm just trying to understand what I missed

Itauma definitely has to be ahead of Frank Sanchez. Frank Sanchez hasn't done anything in quite a while. Sanchez could change that with an upset win over Torrez though of course.
