1. Usyk
2. Inoue
3. Shakur
4. Bam
5. Bivol
6. Beterbiev
7. Nakatani
8. Benavidez
9. Haney
10. Collazo
Thoughts? I've always thought The Rings done a great job in rating. Haney won't enter any of my lists as he disgusts me but other than that seems about right.

Why does Haney disgust you.
He doesn’t seem to be liked by May.

He has always seemed more like an opportunist and a weight bully rather than a real fighter. I might be a bit harsh but to me guys like Haney are a disgrace to the sport.

He's boring to watch and got the crap beaten out of him by Garcia. He also lost to Lomacheko. He isn't top 25 in the world much less top ten.

The Garcia fight meant nothing to me as Garcia is a drug cheat but to be honest I scored Lomatsenko winning him 11 rounds to one...

To Me Bivol and Beterbiev ain't active anymore and until they fight again have to be removed. Most of the list is reasonable other than that. I wouldn't have Collazo on it though

Inoue #1 for me because he keeps proving it by fighting and beating quality opposition, unlike heavyweights who fight maybe once a year. If he beats Nakatani The Ring is worthless if it doesn’t have him #1. I don’t prefer Shakur’s style but he may be the most dominating fighter on the list

Usyk's fighting for Turki next so they'll keep him at number 1 and call him the greatest combat athlete ever because he beat a kickboxer in boxing.

Wasn't Inoue's last bout promoted by Turki? It was a "Ring" show I know that.

It was but Inoue is far less Turki's guy than Usyk is right now.

So is anybody else that would be in the conversation for being on this list. Who is the closest thing to P4P consideration that isn't somehow affiliated with Turki?

i mean, Ring are affiliated with all the major promotional companies. Even working with PBC as well.
All he's doing is financing the big fights isn't he?

That’s just emotional bias. Disliking his style is fine, but that’s not real criticism.
“Opportunist” and “weight bully” don’t make sense either. Everyone at the top picks fights strategically, and making weight means it’s fair.
11-1 to Loma is nuts as well. Having him winning is fair, but you can't be serios with 11-1..

I just put the information there. Interpret it as you will. I guess the two conclusions that people could vibe to are either that Turki is offering fights to those ranked highly on p4p or he ranks guys that fight for him higher. It's likely a bit of both.
