Does anyone has any article or print of why these 2 great featherweight phenoms did not fight in the 1930s???

What a great fight this one would be. I have never seen Miller on film, but his record suggest that he was awesome, just like Armstrong was.

Any thoughts of who would have won in your respective opinions???

I don't think it happened because Armstrong was never a real featherweight. He was fighting at a Welterweight before and immediately afterward. If it had happened, I would defintely say Armstrong wins a commanding decision. This fight would have happened probably 1937, when Armstrong was at his best, hammering some of the greatest fighters of all time. Miller was a great fighter, but Armstrong is a legend.
