I can’t help thinking Dave may look back on this and feel maybe he should have gone looking for an unbeaten but untested opponent instead.

If the unthinkable happened tonight, Hrgovic’s recent run will quickly come under focus - steady points wins against Adeleye and Joyce, torn a new arsehole by Dubois before that.

I don’t think the reward will be quite as big as Dave thinks. And we certainly know what the risk is.

hrgovic is basically the british champ at this point
