How good is Carlos Adames?

160 lbs division is a wasteland, we know that. But how good is Adames reall? I liked his performances against Sheeraz (he won IMO) and Williams. He is moving to 168 ?

It's hard to gauge just how good he is. While I think he is the top-rated MW at the moment, there aren't any what I would consider elite fighters in the division, although there are some decent ones (Lara, Ramos Jr, Bentley, Mosley Jr, and Tukov) and several with a potential big upside (Oliha, Isley, Walsh, Liddard, and Sousa).
