Hawaii, god bless you. They have effectively crippled Citizens United, which means helping to keep anonymous money out of politics.

I don't trust the current SCOTUS to uphold what Hawaii is in the process of doing. The Republican Supreme Court Justices are beholden to corporate money. Look no further than that cunt Clarence Thomas.

Sure, the SCOTUS is currently in the pocket of the mega donors. But the reasoning in the Hawaii procedure seemed pretty water tight. Have to wait and see what the inevitable law cases will produce.

Sure, the SCOTUS is currently in the pocket of the mega donors. But the reasoning in the Hawaii procedure seemed pretty water tight. Have to wait and see what the inevitable law cases will produce.
But the SCOTUS can change whatever law is on the books to fit their agenda just as they have already done with the Clean Air Act and Abortion amongst many others.

Or they can that the President can't be convicted of a crime. Even though there is nothing about in the Constitution.
