Hawaii, god bless you. They have effectively crippled Citizens United, which means helping to keep anonymous money out of politics.

I don't trust the current SCOTUS to uphold what Hawaii is in the process of doing. The Republican Supreme Court Justices are beholden to corporate money. Look no further than that cunt Clarence Thomas.

The reasoning is so lame. They say money is speech. Money is not speech. Money is action. Speech is speech.

Sure, the SCOTUS is currently in the pocket of the mega donors. But the reasoning in the Hawaii procedure seemed pretty water tight. Or they can that the President can't be convicted of a crime. Even though there is nothing about in the Constitution.
