I'd pick Frazier to win by an 8th round Tko, shortly after decking Baer a couple of times in that round.

I think that this would be a relatively good bout and surprisingly competitive for the first 4 or 5 rounds though.

Also, Baer "Could Very Possibly" put Frazier on the deck, very early in the bout.
