Since we're in the World Cup Fever of Football right now, I will list the top most complete boxers that each nation that participated in boxing has ever produced. Out of 195 countries from all over the world, only 24 nations in boxing has produced their most skilled and talented fighter.

I am going by skill, ring generalship, stamina, punching power, defense, inside and outside fighting, speed of hands and feet, ring IQ, chin and everything else good that the boxer had that others didn't.

I am not saying out of these 24 nations, that these are the only complete boxers. No. There's been a long list of complete fighters through the years, but didn't make it as the best of their own country.

I am not talking about who was the most accomplished nor had more history. I am talking about who was the best boxer close to perfection from their own country.

These are the most complete boxers from each boxing nation in their history. Some may shock you as their #1 from that nation in terms of skill, but this is my list.

Canada: Sam Langford
United States: Sugar Ray Leonard
Mexico: Salvador Sanchez
Nicaragua: Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez
Panama: Eusebio Pedroza
Colombia: Miguel "Happy" Lora
Brazil: Eder Jofre
Argentina: Carlos Monzon
Puerto Rico: Hector "Macho" Camacho
US Virgin Islands: Peter Jackson
Jamaica: Mike McCallum
Dominican Republic: Leonardo "Leo" Cruz
Cuba: Jose "Mantequilla" Napoles
England: Bob Fitzsimmons
France: Marcel Cerdan
Scotland: Ken Buchanan
Thailand: Sot Chitalada
Japan: Naoya Inoue
Philippines: Manny Pacquiao
Ghana: Azumah Nelson
South Africa: Brian Mitchell
South Korea: Jung Koo Chang
Wales: Jimmy Wilde
Ukraine: Vasyl Lomachenko

Sugar Ray Robinson is mentioned by many, as the best perfect fighting machine that has ever lived. I don't agree with that.

For starters, Robinson was a terrible inside fighter. To me, Sugar Ray Leonard was most complete.

I know that we are going to have a long argument about these boxers. Not all minds think the same. And I am not saying that these are the greatest fighters of all-time. Some of them are in the top 100 greatest boxers ever as you can see. But, again, we are talking about the guys that had it all in the ring.

Your opinions are welcome.
