Can anyone tell me if it's going to be available in the UK? Whether telly, live, PPV, delayed or what not?

I wouldnt think so mate. That is the ESPN PPV I will have it sent from the US on Monday though . I wonder would Channel 5 show it over in the UK at some later stage . Because you guys get some ESPN Friday Night Fights. Cant wait for the bill though

seems they are getitng the delayed shows quicker than sky

I watched Ikeke on the same bill last time out as Hopkins, and was pretty impressed, doesn't seem to carry much of a dig, but he's very crafty indeed and at 6'4" surprisingly mobile and good on the inside.

Margarito KOs Cintron in 5, on his return to welterweight Sugar Shane Mosley scored a ten round unanimous decision over David Estrada and Calvin Brock defeated Jameel McCline by ten round unanimous decision

Reminded me of Vargas v. Tito. Too early, too soon with hindsight tho I expected a 12 rounder close decision I guess...

Mosley turns down Margarito!
An executive for a major television network today informed Top Rank that Sugar Shane Mosley has turned down a world title fight against WBO welterweight champion Antonio Margarito. Mosley, Top Rank was told, said he was not ready to take on Margarito who would be too tough of an opponent at this time. Top Rank CEO Bob Arum said Margarito is "far and away the best welterweight in the world and would meet anyone brave enough to fight - including Mosley, Zab Judah, Kostya Tszyu and Oscar De La Hoya."

I think Mosley is being very sensible. He's harmed his career by jumping in against the top flight all the time. Forrest twice, Winky Twice, hasn't done him any favours. This is his last shot at the big time, and he would do well to give himself time to acclimatise. Margarito would rather fight him now then in a year's time when Mosley will probably have had a couple more fights.

Yeh I agree, Mosley can never be accused of ducking a challenge in the past- Forrest and Wright....(mind you Judah has been mouthingoff that Mosley avoided him....I jut think Mosley saw the big bucks DLH could offer)

Well, DLH's hardly a soft touch eh? It's not like Judah called him out and Mosley went and fought Jaimie Rangel.

Judah v Mosley would be a cracking fight at Welterweight.

On the other hand he's 33 does he really have that much time left to work his way back up? He's obviously slowing down how long does he really have left?

A year or two at the most surely.

Mosley has made a balls-up of his career in my opinion, he's made some very poor decisions. He totally bypassed what I reckon would have been his best division, Jr Welter, chasing after Oscar, I think he would have battered everyone at Jr Welter except maybe Tszyu, and then he could have gone on to Welterweight as a huge star. Instead he went chasing Oscar, got battered by Forrest

Truth is, even at Welter, he's a small fighter, Forrest was HUGE by comparison.

Which reminds me, what the fornicate happened to Forrest, wasn't he meant to be moving up to LM? I reckon he would beat Winky myself.

Forrest is injured, think may be back problem or something...I think itll take a long time for him to come back to where he was, if he indeed he can...

Shame, he was a natural Light Middle, and he had some serious pop on him too, weird what happened to him against Mayorga, cannot work out how he allowed Mayorga to overrun him like that, did a lot better in rematch, but perhaps the guy was just his bogeyman.

it was post crash so he wasnt prime as such.

(sorry ot be picky but pep was 127-1 and going into his his first meeting with Saddler) so one can safely assume he was ain his prime priopr to the plane crash.

Yeah, I mean overall. 'No mas' was well dodgy though, as was Leonard's Benitez win. Heard some dodgy stories about both.

Did anyone watch it last night on channel 5 the ppv ESPN show? i only saw brock - mcline.
