Farage to quit at 2pm?

Farage to make statement at 2pm on his future in public life after the MSM have been hounding him and his family....
Well he's already stated he could make big money in America if he wanted but is making the people decide his fate in a by-election, could be a masterstroke but could backfire too...Carlos Slim wrote: ↑07 Jul 2026, 09:29 YES! YES! YES!
Fuvck off!
Oh, he is going to fight his own seat - the guy who hasn't had a surgery in two years? What a fornicating joke!
He obviously wants out.
That's a good point, he won't be the leader within the house that's for sure.
He didn't say he wouldn't be leading Reform...Carlos Slim wrote: ↑07 Jul 2026, 10:14That's a good point, he won't be the leader within the house that's for sure.
You can see he wants out. This is a way out where he thinks he can leave and not lose some kind of face but those pesky questions aren't going to stop along with 'why didn't you hold a single surgery in two years?' I don't think the people of Clacton will reelect him.
All it is, is a hamfisted attempt to get the parliamentary investigations off him. A corrupt grifter, nothing more.IRONFIST wrote: ↑07 Jul 2026, 10:33He didn't say he wouldn't be leading Reform...Carlos Slim wrote: ↑07 Jul 2026, 10:14That's a good point, he won't be the leader within the house that's for sure.

Let's hope your prediction goes the same way as your Burnham prediction...
Without him, Reform disappear without trace. It is a one man personality cult, not a proper political party.

If the real anti-establishment figures are the wealthy aristocrats, the privately educated, the former city traders and the billionaires, who the fvck are the establishment?
And he's right...Lenny Cravats wrote: ↑07 Jul 2026, 10:43 He said said this will be a 'people versus the establishment by election. It's a chance to stick two fingers up to the establishment'.

The establishment are the ones who tried to overturn our Brexit vote, the biggest democratic vote in our history, the ones who tried to stop us having the Local Elections etc.
Well, of course, the rat is squirming. I am hoping that his pathetic, self serving interests are enough for the people of Clacton to reject him but I am not holding out much hope. I think though his preferred outcome is for the people of Clacton to let him swan off to America with his loot.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑07 Jul 2026, 11:14 So now he stands down the parliamentary investigation stops, I'm sure that has nothing to do with his decision whatsoever![]()
He's done absolutely fcuk all for the people there but it wouldn't suprise me if they vote him back in, if they do though, i take it the investigation will just start up again? I ido imagine various media outlets are sat on many more damaging stories about him though and he could well just throw the towel in and fcuk off to Murica before this bi election.Carlos Slim wrote: ↑07 Jul 2026, 11:16Well, of course, the rat is squirming.
