I think Floyd could have pulled off a Leotis Martin.

Liston could've probably still gotten Patterson outta there, but it wouldn't have happened in 1 round anymore I don't think. Patterson was a good bit younger than Liston so it's quite possible he could've used his legs this time to move around, and wear Liston out, but I'd favor Liston to win still I think.
