Most roided era of boxing

In which era were boxers most roided ? What do you think? Of course today PEDS are more advanced than years ago, on the other side, lot of anti doping testing are present in boxing, which were practically non existent in past. I think 80s and 90s were not only golden eras of boxing but also golden eras of PEDs. What do you think?

Them guys were something else. But I would vote today.

Here in America I would say the 1980s simply because steroid possession and use were not illegal yet.
The Steroid Control Act of 1990 took effect in early 1991.
A lot of store bought products with steroids in them were taken off the shelves and put behind a prescription wall after that.
The commissions in America didn't start drug testing until the late 90's.

which earliest boxers do you suspect may have been already on "the juice" ?
( there had been a thread some years ago about best "physicics"
perhaps a clue may be there (?)
