Spinks has a hard time keeping Bruno off of him in the first 5, and possibly gets stopped because Bruno is definitely going to be the stronger man in there, and not by a little, but if Spinks can be clever enough and defensively sharp enough to survive Bruno's attack for the first 5 or 6 rounds he could definitely take over the fight and either stop Bruno late or win a UD.
I have to give the benefit of the doubt to Spinks here. He got it done against Larry Holmes, and Bruno never could get a win of that quality. So in spite of Bruno's edge in Strength and power, I'm backing the man with skill on this one.
That being said, I think it'd take everything Spinks has to get through the early portion of this fight.

mike spinks was a phenomenal fighter - olympic gold medalist, arguably the greatest lhw of all time, dethroning an atg unbeaten hw champ. even though hes still highly regarded, the nature of the tyson loss really hurt his rep and took too much focus away from how formidable he was
i agree with the above, i like spinks to get it done but he might have some tough moments. but bruno wasnt the monster that tyson was and spinks could get through them

Spinks wins, IMO. He was too shifty, slick-moving and tactically adept to lose to Bruno. His sneaky, hurtful right-hand would be a factor here too, especially in the later rounds. Remember the way he occasionally stunned Holmes?
Believe it or not, I think Mike would have little problem weathering the early rounds. His quick footwork would enable him to dodge Bruno's KO-laden power blows, much as he did against Gerry Cooney.
Bruno was pretty good, but a tad too muscle bound to land consistently, or with full-power, against Spinks.
That said, I do believe it might be a close fight, because Mike couldn't afford to remain within Frank's punching range. Obviously Bruno's power was more than enough to blow him away, so Spinks - who had a high ring IQ - would probably fight cautiously.

Either M. Spinks take a decision or stopping Bruno late.

This would've been a real treat for the boxing fans.
I could see Bruno getting the better of Spinks in the earlier rounds and very possibly scoring a knockdown or two as well.
After Spinks withers the early storm and then As the fight progresses though, I think Bruno starts to become more and more tired out and therefore his punches become less and less effective, and then Spinks proceeds to break him down, and eventually the ref waves it off in the 10th round, following a 12 unanswered punch barrage by Spinks, with Bruno unable to effectively rope a dope the ever enduring ever busy smaller but more skilled fighter in Mike Spinks.
