Wladi KLitschko vs Castillo: The Cuban is not worse than Brewster. Did Wladi improve mentally? I doubt it. If Wladi isn´t able to knock him out in the earlier rounds it would turn over to the Cuban. If the fight would last 12 rounds Wladi would win it because I already paid the judges, James.

Arthur Abraham vs Hector Velazco: Another knockout for Arthur? Another good and routined boxer on his way to the top. He will walk through and then guys like Eastman should be next that he could box for a title at the end of the year or 2006.

Koc vs Sprott: Both 2nd european level. both won´t be future heroes. open fight, 50/50.

Any chance this will be shown on delay on Eurosport - Us Brits have seen plenty of Koc (here is goes again).

On the zdf-homepage there´s only programme shown till May. I think that they won´t show it because Abdullaev and Cotto are rather unknown plus the lighter weight classes are not that popular. E.g. nobody in Germany knows Tszyu or Hatton....

Broadcast starts at 22.40 (german time) on ARD. On Sunday 09.00 there will be a replay show on MDR where they often show other fights than they showed on Saturday.

I am pretty sure that the three main fights will be shown on Eurosport.

A close friend who trains at Universum said that Sturm has changed now, after De La Hoya fight, they say Felix got more arrogant and loves himself too much now.....

i would go for a Abraham win on KO. Sturm is a bit more experienced and has the beter jab and has the better footwork, but Abraham is a killer and has a monster punch in this division. i read a report over a training session where Sinan Samil Sam said that he has huge respect for Abraham because he hits like a heavy weight........

Felix turned from the unknown boxer to one of the famous boxer in the country with new advertising contracts, numerous tv shows and more articles on the big newspapers. i was indeed surprised after i heard his last interviews, maybe a little too confident......

I have also heard from Team Sauerland that they have problems to get opponents for Abraham at his actual level because of his punch....... IMO Abraham will be the one in the division when Hopkins is retired.

Abraham can certainly punch and can certainly box.... we have yet to see him in with a puncher by the look of his record.....

If he can hold a shot against the divisions bigger punchers then he will be very very hard to beat

He is #10 WBC, #9 WBA and #10 WBO. If he would win on Saturday he would rank some place higher, especially at the WBA. I am pretty sure he will be champ or will get a champ fight next year.

Saturdays card will be shown inits entirety by scandinavian satellite channel Viasat Sport 3 from 18.30 CEt if any of you can see it.

well wladi was predictable, but a great result for Abrahams, stopping Velazco.... who last year only just lost to Felix Sturm

well he has done very well so far for a slow guy....

Ian gardher was a decent prospect and was schooled... Hamden was also beaten up pretty badly..

He was pushing a bit hard for the KO last night by all accounts.....

He may be able to be outboxed but it will take someone of Hopkins/Solimans and possibly Taylors calibre to do it i think....

fornicate, did you watch Hopkins-Eastman? did they perform better? Maybe Eastman was sometimes running away from Hopkins, that´s all..

Abraham is 25 and has the hardest punch in middle BY FAR. i think to improve his foot work is an easy job though i think that his speed is o.k.. I would love to watch when Arthur kills de la Tortilla-Kournikova in his last fight.

his coach said in an interview that he is still a raw diamond who is in his opinion already the 2nd best german boxer (after Beyer). they don´t want to make him a champ but they want to make him a special boxer who will rule division after division. i´m looking forward to his next fights.

Same old Wlad - I actualy thought be looked a bit shocked briefly, when the Cuban landed a very rare punch in the 2nd.

One decent puncher = end of Wlad.


Arthur looked raw, but seems to be a pretty heavy puncher. Reminds me a bit of the Argie middle from the 80's - Juan Roldan. Ruthless streak in him too - landed a shot to the back of the head, then as his opponent turned to complain, slammed home a hard left hook to put him over.

Arthur Abraham has never given 100%. Now he is under the top 5 or top 7 in the world with 25 years. if he would be british, you guys would cheer for him like you did for Harrison. Abraham is actually maybe the biggest talent in Europe for the weight classe from midle to light heavy. maybe the best in the world. i am convinced that he can rule these divisions in the next ten years if nothing unexpected happens.

you arent goin to endear yourself to the populace on here with comments like "if he were british" bubi. bit uncalled for mate most on here are praising abrahams.

sounds a good fighter though i look forward to seeing more of him.
