Joe Cortez was reffing a fight and he was doing some unusual movement and Larry Merchant said something like “I have no idea what Joe Cortez is doing.” Which fight was this from?

It seems like I've heard Larry make calls like that a few times about referees. I can't pinpoint the exact fight you're looking for, but I think I remember him saying that.
