The Ali version of Spinks was his best form. But Ali's loss was not because Spinks was that good that night it was because Ali was that bad.

From the first Ali fight, Spinks decision Marvis Frazier, but if Neon Leon showed up post second Ali fight, Frazier would outbox him for a decision.

I think Marvis could probably outbox Leon, but he'd be well served to stay in the Boxing mode that saw him beat Bonecrusher Smith.
Leon Spinks probably wouldn't be a threat to beat him by 1st round KO the way Holmes and Tyson did though even if he slugged it out with him.
