I watch you tube a lot , primaraly because its suits my attention span 10-15 min then a new story , I have however come to the conclusion thaty most of what you see on there is bollocks , there obviously is some monetary reward for sprouting bollocks and rubbish and getting idiots like me to watch it , how i'm not sure but it must be there .

Anyhow I've watched a couple recently stating Benn is / has refused to be drug tested for this up coming Garcia fight , is it true , not seen anything on here about it , or is it just bullshit and bollocks like most of u tube ,, I'm thinking its got to be rubbish how can a fighter tell the governing body to do one ,

I heard there is no drug testing but I don’t know how that can be true it’s a world title fight

The fact it's a title fight means there are sanctioning bodies rules.

The WBC’s Clean Boxing Program, overseen by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA), requires all WBC World Champions and top-15 ranked fighters in each weight class to enroll in year-round random testing.

I suspect the WBC decide how random, or not, that testing is

It was the WBC who came up with the eggs excuse for Benn after all, but you'd like to think the Nevada commision might keep an eye on things.

Good point, the Sulaiman is definitely in the mould of his father.

Given that both boxers have failed tests I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they had a private meeting with their teams and agreed to no testing.

They are both drug cheats.

People need to remember that.

No PEDs are going to help Benn no matter what he takes

Honestly Sean, I think the Benn that beat Eubank also beats the Garcia that lost to Romero. Which was only two fights ago.

And wouldn't be a massive underdog against the Garcia that beat Barrios.

I have it 70/30 Garcia

the first proper left hook Garcia lands ends this as a competitive match, whether or not Benn stays upright

Both guys will be juiced to the gills, as it is for most pro boxing fights.

I'm more and more convinced of this nowadays. some are just sloppier than others

I think all the female fighters are on stuff too. Nasty sport.

What was the first thing Eubank Sr. said to the interviewer after his fight vs Watson...

"I want him tested"

How exactly would Benn have achieved a status where the rules don't apply to him? Usually that's reserved for Superstars that have proven a lot and been a big money draw for a noteworthy length of time.

I think Eubank snr's post fight comment after a very tough fight with Michael Watson was an attempt at a back-handed compliment.

None of us like it but outside the heavyweights he may be the uks biggest earner.

Because sometimes good things happen to bad people.

He's not necessarily a bad person, but why is he more famous than other fighters? That's what I don't get.

He's not an especially interesting personality. He's not a particularly exciting or entertaining boxer.

His Dad was good, but he wasn't THAT good. He's treated as if he's Boxing Royalty based off nothing in particular. It's odd to me.

I guess it's like Ryan Garcia and he just talks a lot of shit and makes people mad at him and that works?
