Different commissions.. different rules.

I think below the naval can be damaging.

Even getting hit there, causes a lot of pain which travels.

Depends on boxers too. Different bodies.

I can tell you that in my lone Amateur bout I got hit right on the belt line. Not on the balls, but in that little area right above your genitals.

Let me tell you. It's no picnic.

The hip line is not much lower than the belly button...

I do kind of think the line should be 2 inches bellow the bellybutton, but, if you allowed shots right to the edge then there would end up being more devastating cock shots... so I think it's good there's a bit of a buffer between legal and infertility.

Isn't the California rule allowing shots on the protector ?
