featherweight contender VIC FOLEY

Hello guys, looking for info on former top contender and Canadian Champion Vic Foley.
His record from boxrec, 67wins - 19losses - 29draws, which is pretty darn good and interesting in that he had 29 draws (?) I think it's safe to believe a good few could have went Vic's way...
I'm also told that Ol' Pop Foster kept a 'young' up & coming Jimmy McClarnin well away from Foley then a fighter coming into his last years but still a top performer and Champion...
Foley fought for a world title (Tod Morgan) and all the top men of his day with plenty of distance wins and losses, Boxrec reports a lot about these contests he was obviously a well noted and favoured fighter. He took the Great Tony Canzoneri the distance over 10 rds, as well as fighting in Britain at the end of his career.
He must have been quite a fighter!
Thanks Guys, Jim.
