The central premise is a bit flawed. I mean, anyone fornicating stupid enough to eat McDonald's three times a day deserves to die, it's obvious that eating burgers for breakfast lunch and dinner isn't going to be good for you.

Seriously guys, the Prince Nassem rumour goes round every few months. You wonder if Naz actually sits there and starts the rumours on the internet himself for something to do. I haven't seen him watching at the snooker yet. He's there every year and the BBC usually jumps at the chance to point out celebrity fans.
