Yeah I'd go Briscoe by decison I think. Rubin was a little over-rated IMO. based on the ko of Emile, plus the book, film, Dylan song etc etc.

I have to agree.

I give Carter the edge in speed and one punch power, but Briscoe had the better chin. Carters crouching hooking style would suit the Philly Bad man as he would be able to land his crunching body shots and uppercuts.

Briscoe's too tough and strong even for the intimidating Carter and outmans and outhustles him.
