Saensak Muangsurin won the WBC 140 title in his 3rd pro fight but there's a couple that won it earlier

..when spinks won from ali it was for the legit and linear title...no matter what someof the alphabet boys might have said at the time...so i think that spinks is probably the correct answer.
i'm not saying the others listed here aren't legit...but i'm prety sure they were for alphabet titles.
