Scott Gammer fighting tonight

Scott Gammer has an interesting test tonight against Mark Krence in Sheffield. Given that Krence beat "Biffa Bacon" McDermott and extended Audley maybe this will give us some pointers on Gammer. I don't think the Welshman will ever be more than a domestic fighter but he might have a British or Commonwealth title in him.

Just in case anyone is thinking of going, the show is this afternoon at the Octagon Centre, Sheffield. Doors open at 12, action begins 1.30. Hope I'm out for at least the second half of 'Survival Sunday'!

Is it really this afternoon? How many fairly significant cards have been held during the day?

That's not a bad result for Gammer at face value. Probably moves him into the GB top 5.

Good win for Gammer, this puts him in British title contention then?
Also, I see Carl Allen is on the bill - didn't he retire a few months ago? Or was that two time British title contender Carl Greaves?

Good win for Gammar, he showed some early promise and it's about time he made a move towards British title contention. Krence is no mug and i think Gammar can push on from here to better things.
