Scott Harrison's next opponent

Just in case anyone will tire of talking about Hatton within the next few months, just thought I'd chip this in.
Why is it that Alledgedly and even Harrison seem set on course for wanting a fight with either Marquez, or, especially mooted post-Bridie, Barrera. To be honest, if Harrison is ever going to be ready for a fight on this scale, it isn't now. Surely he has time to allow himself to get himself a little better established, without taking on Barrera etc. once theiir on zimmer frames.
Yes, I think Harrison is ready or at least needs to move to the next stage, but for me, and I think for a lot of you more worldly and knowledgable chaps, that is surely Chi - a 'good' belt, a fairly self-contained management, so if Chi was willing it could be done, and an oppopnent who would be a stiff challenge yet a credible and managable scalp for Harrison.
The guy in the Scotland on Sunday today (forget his name) mentioned IBF SF holder Peden as a possibility, which seemed ok, until the SoS contd: "a more likely opponent is Robbie Peden, the Australian holder of the IBF featherweight title, who could be the mandatory challenger for Harrison's belt." Hmm, facts slightly wrong there. Would have said still an ok fight if Harrison needs to move up, altho Peden seems to have got himself a fight with Barrera.
Barrios (SF WBO holder) could be a very solid grounding if Harrison were to move up.
Point is I suppose, with all due respect, I'm not really sure Scott is ready to tackle the real top tier quite yet. Unless all he's after is a quick and very hefty pay day, which I really hope he isn't.
Anyway, I'm sure we'll have the prospect of another WBO mandatory coming up next (probably in the shape of http://www.boxrec.com/boxer_display.php?boxer_id=205579 ) Woo hoo.
