I think Setanta are going to have a huge flop with this one. Has this fight been given any news coverage? I haven't been listening to Talksport lately but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have gone overboard on this.

Had I not caught the full page ad in Boxing News last week I wouldn't have even remembered about it.

I just don't believe anyone in this country is aware this fight is happening tomorrow. The typically shite Tyson undercard isn't going to help draw attention either.

Maybe the least attractive PPV ever. Tyson fans either get to see their hero humbled by a lumberer or get to see their hero win in a round.

Seriously thinking about ordering it. I'd like to see how Tyson works with Fenech who has been a close friend for years with Mike.

I am not going to order it, no way! But at the same time I feel kinda guilty about that as PPV is a way of supporting boxing being shown. If I order this then Setana keep trying to get PPVs, shame this fight is not an undercard fight on a bigger bill really.

Thats another reason I might order it. What Sky are showing us now is fab, but there are still other fights we are missing out on - lets hope Setanta pick up the rest.

I couldn't pay out extra for this fight knowing how unlikely it is that I'd feel any kind of emotion watching it. McBride was pretty hopeless last time I saw him 6 years ago. I doubt he's improved.

Were Mitchell and Hussein not just in comeback fights, and Laila Ali actually facing Anne Wolfe then I might have gone for it.

Just been sickened by this whole event. It was on Sky News yesterday - the press conference - showing clips in the sport segment and the main broadcast. Couldn't help but think how bad this is for boxing: Tyson with his tacky insults, which were once soundbite-worthy because of his aura, now just sound sad. Then there's McBride, who just looks shit. Then there's the news reader saying Tyson is due $5 million for this farce. Just the whole thing is horrible...

I have booked it already. I have not missed a fight of his since i saw him on itv beat Berbick i think they showed it delayed on sunday evening.
Hopefully mitchell v smith will be good on the undercard.

There are Rugby Union guys I back to last longer than McBride. Physically he's a shambles....not everyone is an adonis but he looks like he just walked in from driving a van....

I love Japan. They are showing this one live and totally for free. They showed the hatton tszyu fight the day after with corrales v castllio on the same show!!! In regards to boxing the Japanese, in the words of Ricky Gervais(Politics) "fornicating love it".

Theres no way I would fork out for this on ppv.

This McBride is probably one of the most terrified opponents of Tyson that I have seen in a long time. If it goes beyond a minute, then Tyson should be ashamed!

I won't be watching it , as i'll be at the Isle of Wight festival this weekend , dancing like a muppet.

And seeing as my front door is 15 minutes away, and i can get a shower, i won't stink like all the rest of the would be hippies

I won't be ordering it. If it was a fiver then maybe but £15, no chance. Will just try and download it on Sunday, I expect a short download.

No purchase from this one either. A PPV has to be pretty good to keep me up until 5AM these days, I even gave up on the Naseem Hamed PPV's until he fought Barrera. As a discerning boxing fan you know when something is worth the money and the lack of kip. Tyson win or Tyson loss, neither is appealing these days.

I wouldn't even consider buying it just on principle.

This isn't about boxing - if it was Tyson would be facing a credible opponent - this is about debt repayments.

I refuse to be insulted.

I'll check for the result online on Sunday but that's it. I don't care if i never see it.

I have to take a stand on this one. As someone who has for years bought every PPV involving Tyson its a sad day. I wont be disaapointed the way i was for the Ettienne fight again.

(1) Quick blowout win for the former Champ over a slow, easy to hit journeyman.

(2) The big, strong lumbering Irishman wrestles his way through the initial onslaught then the shell of Tyson quits, get injured or DQ'ed etc.

Either way it's not worth £15.

Mr Tyson can't rely on me to help him with his money problems I am afraid. A problem mostly of his own making.

Yep, that's the long and short of it. The best thing to do if you feel an urge to watch Tyson, as I do sometimes, is slip in a video of him circa 1987.
