Tyson continued and the nasty cut on McBride caused a stoppage. Unbelievably, Tyson would have won on points (despite being docked two points in the previous round).

Do you think Tyson would have still announced his retirement.

Just watched the fight again, and whilst my opinion on the Tyson performance hasn't changed I can now see how the judges might have scored the fight for Tyson. My card did change as I gave Tyson the first round instead of McBride.

The second also could have gone either way on second viewing, the 3rd and especially the 4th were clear Tyson rounds - the 5th was a clear McBride one.
