Anyone seen this documentary? Any good? Where can I get hold of it, any suggestions??

I heard there was a UK trade screening recently ( boxing news reported I think ) I guess this was to see if they could sell it to a UK distributor ( I hope )

I read it was screened on HBO latino as well.

Any info much appreciated :TU:

Appreciate that mate :TU:

If Claude lets you know the UK distributor I can probably get us both a copy.

Such a great fighter and so little about him - no books written and this is the first I've heard of a film.

I've seen it on HBO Latino, unfortunately I don't speak Spanish so I couldn't understand exactly what they were saying but the show focused on Wilfredo's problems outside the ring and after boxing, such as he apparently lost his house,it showed him going back to the one he lived in when he was champ. Some good highlights of when he was the greatest fighter in the world,I tried to find an English copy on the internet but didn't.

thanks for the info - I guess there must be an English subtitled version floating around now, seeing as it's had a showing in the UK.
