see the following link. Once you have read it, i think you will agree with me that the state of Oregon boxing and wrestling commision should be banned from ever issuing another licence. They should all hang there heads in shame.

>>>Why is that sort ov shit aloud<<<
Because of bullshit state commissions here in the states, I bet they don't let shit liuke this happen over in the UK do they? And to think, you have people that think there shouldn't be a national commission!

50 year old woman making pro debut!
They were just asking for trouble.
That's tragic.

No of course we're great over here - we let out of shape, never seen a gym in his life Ricky Gervaise box another 40-odd-year old on national TV. That's fine isn't it?
I mean, anyone see how tired Gervais was - could have had a heart attack in there.

The big difference being the Gervais fight wasn't sanctioned by the BBBofC, there is no law against getting into a boxing ring.

Fair point, but when it comes to the high standards of our oh-so careful, we're there to protect the fighter board I say this:
Michael Sprott v Tamas Feheri - one of the most cynical, hideous pieces of matchmaking you'll ever see. Doctor who passed Feheri fit to fight a guy who was one of the best heavies in Britain and on a roll should have been shot. Disgrace.
Just goes to show that no matter where you go, you can pretty much get your head punched in anywhere.
Anyway, I hope that poor woman recovers sufficiently to live her life in a manner fitting a 50-year-old. The ring's no place for anyone that age.

Totally agree
If a 50yr old woman or man for that matter is making their pro debut it is little more than a circus freak show.
A fat 40yr old gloved up to make his debut is not much difference...even if he is a celebrity
