Vivian Harris got a long count.
Longest in histroy must be
Micky Vann in the Enzo Macc Vs Bruce Scott fight. That was at least 20 seconds!

Maussa was responsible for about 5 seconds. The man should have sprinted to the neutral corner.
Ref about another 3/4.

Beyer's count when Glenn Catley KO'ed him in Germany. I've never seen so much f@ckarsing about from a referee before he eventually allowed the action to continue.

Maussa should have been DQ'd for that hammer blow, not to mention all the low stuff he'd been throwing all night. Harris though should have been in better condition and been able to deal with it. Seriously though, wtf was Maussa thinking punching him in the head when he was on the canvas?

Yes it was naughty - although didn't make a difference, I don't think it was that punch that made Harris not beat the count it wasn't a hammer blow - although it was still no accident so yes a DQ would have been the right result.

German refs are the best by a mile for long counts, they follow simple rules :
1 Begins to count slowly.
2 Turns to opposition fighter and tell him to get to a nuetral corner (even if he's already in one).
3 Start to count again from 1 or 2.
4 Slow count enables fighter to get to feet, then he asks if he's ok.
5 Then he gets him to walk forward.
6 Then he asks him if he's ok again.
7 Then cleans his gloves on his shirt.
8 Then asks if he's ok again.
9 Lets fighters fight.
10 Lets the home boxer get close enough to hold.
11 Gives opposition boxer a lecture for holding or deducts a point.
And there we have it a good minute of recovery time.
And if it looks like a bad knockdown that the home fighter might not be able to get up from he rules it as a low blow or rabbit punch or any other excuse he can think up.

Is that a transcript of Ottke v Robin Reid?

The account of Luis Carlos Guzmán in 2nd down of Diego Alejandro Giménez, in this bout with Jaime Rangel, was of longest than i saw in my life. It took much in arriving to where Giménez fell, it commanded to Rangel to his corner, of slow form and just the account began there, that in addition, made it very slowly. That gave opportunity him to Giménez to rise. And in 3rd round, Giménez defeated by KO to Rangel. This was the November 3rd of 2001, in Buenos Aires.

Very good
I'd disagree on point 9 though - at this point the German ref will usualy offer the home fighter a deckchair, allowing him to sit down for a few minutes with a nice sandwich and a glass of water.
