Any info on Janos Nagy?

The Hungarian super featherweight, 22-0. (and proud IBC champion, I'm sure) http://www.boxrec.com/boxer_display.php?boxer_id=066239
He seems to be doing quite nicely, with a record that includes 2 wins over Chacon.
With an eye to Alex Arthur here, can I ask if anyone has seen him and how he boxes?
And what are his plans? His last fight against Chacon is noted as a WBO eliminator, and he is duly ranked #1 now. (those rankings are a real treat by the way- Arthur is #4, whilst Gomez and Sinitsin are #12 and #13.
Meanwhile, Nagy is also #1 by the EBU.
So what I'm getting at is, I have a feeling Arhtur and Nagy could meet soon. If Arthur beats Sinitsin, do you think Nagy would go for him and his title, or is Nagy going for Barrios' WBO?
(If it's the latter, EBU has Gomez at #3 behind Limmond - that could be interesting.)
