According to ESB Hide says he wants to replace Haye. I don't think Hobson will want to go near Hide especially at short notice. Hide will be like an 80s Tyson at Cruser.

Hes a natural Cruser, and hes campaigning at Cruser at the moment. He says hes only a few pounds over and could easily make 200lbs for the Hobson fight. He was probably Roided/bulked up for HW, he said he had to have endless protein shakes.

Hide at 225 looks like Mormeck at 195/200, I can't imagine him losing 25 lbs safely.

Well IF Herbie Hide can indeed make Cruiserweight, bring on Hobson vs Hide I say. :box:

Why not? If Hobson wins it's a good name for him to have on his record and if Hide wins it relaunches his career at a new weight.

I talked to a guy on another forum who has just been hired to spar with Hide and he says he's currently weighing in at about 195lbs. Hide probably has a really fast metabolism and struggles to gain weight.

I would be suprised if he made 200.

Hide Vs Conroy Nelson was on Bravo this morning, as part of the Best of Benn series.

Hide was in perfect shape at 20yrs old, but still came in at 206.
