This fight has been set for Atlantic City and will be announced next Wednesday. High risk fight for both guys and a cracking looking match up and with Miguel Cotto as chief support against former Gatti opponent Gianluca Branco hopefully it will get on Sky Sports.

It's a shame because as talented a boxer Klitschko is i just think "damaged goods" everytime i hear his name mentioned. It's hard to see any other outcome than the hard punching pressure of Peter wearing down Klitschko to a mid round stoppage. Klitschko may be able to use his ability to keep Peter on the end of the jab and frustrate him into mistakes but you just cannot trust Klitschko's stamina and dare i say heart when he is put under pressure.

Lets see how Peter's chin looks before we say its a one way fight. Wlad can still hit.

Of course that is true, we will find out whether Peter can take a punch for the first time but i just see a vulnerability about Klitschko which will forever hinder him.

It also means that the WBC eliminator will be between Sam and Maskaev

Peter Vs Wlad is a cracking fight, Wlad is going to have to box cleverly to win this one and as people have said hopefully we'll get to see how good Peters chin is.

I see this fight as a real 50-50, i cannot seem to pick a winner, one side of me says Peter chins Wlad and the other says Wlad schools Peter for a UD :o

Excellent fight...if it happens.

I can see Wlad's people pulling him out of this one, because let's face it - if you were managing a million dollar white heavyweight, who's vunerable and clearly lacking in confidence at moment, would you throw him in with an undefeated young puncher?

I still find it amazing that Maskaev has been nominated for a eliminator, almost every time he has stepped up to world class he has been stopped.
He did beat Rahman but that was 6 years ago.

Peter is a BIG name in the HW division at the moment and some would say that he is overrated, maybe team Wlad see this as an opportunity to propel him up the rratings and get him another shot at a title

It is a fight to really liven up the Heavyweight scene as it will be explosive and its a 50-50 fight as the result could hinge one punch from either guy

Danilo Haussler and Kai Kursawa will be on the undercard. This will probably mean that ARD will show every fight from the card like they did on the Klitschko vs Williams card.

Hopefully they´ll do it the same way. IMO they started at 1. It was a long night...... :box: So Häussler will lose the next fight, no home decision like vs Sanavia :TU:

i'd like to think Dr No (chin) can stop Dr No Skill. 3 years ago it would be a no brainer. Peter is no badass.
