I enjoyed that fight, and he has an exciting style which the Yanks seemed to appreciate. i was surprised he didn't manage to stop the Walker, but good job done none the less.

Great experience for him! :TU:

Very good performance which the audience seemed to enjoy :box:

Probably better if he stays over there to develope?

Top marks in concentration, defence, punch picking, etc. Only thing to really be concerned about is his punching power - but maybe that will increase with age.

The American public took a shine to jon Murray as he stole the limelight on the undercard , Showtime are keen to have him back in the us on their showbox programe as jon who is still only 20 showed maturity beyond his age last night with a well disciplined performance.

Very disciplined performance. I think if he pushed, he would have GOT the stoppage. But that aint what he was about. I was happier to see a patient, and systematic dismantling rather than a rushed stoppage. Wisdom beyond his years.

Lets hope he gets stronger as he gets older, so then he can smash Mitchell good!!!

Got not gotten  Lol, how come so many are using American words all of a sudden

Anyway Murray looked good, his punch picking is good and he has tightened up since the Guebbas fight. His defence still needs working on a bit but generally everything else looks sound enough, his style is very pleasing to the eye and i am sure with more exposure on Showtime he can turn out to be a very decent prospect indeed.

I thought he looked excellent and very mature.

He is still young and his KO power may start to develop more, and when it does  the division in Britain will have lots of trouble :TU:

Very good performance, if I was being hyper critical I would like to see a bit more movement and him being less upright - but his defence was excellent so really the notes I made were not really relevant.

I thought his power was okay and his strength was very good.

Excellent display overall.
