Sad news on the television coverage. On yahoo chat, 'In The Ring' room, there are loads of boxing fans present when a good show is on . Sometimes yanks throws their webcam on so people can watch the fight.

Lol, what a crafty little idea  I like it. I want to know why it is PPV at all...Rahman V Barrett, i mean would you pay £30 or whatever the English equivalent is to watch it, even with Mayorga on the undercard. A rip off.

Agreed not a quality card at all is it. With the webcam thing, bear in mind you might have to be nice to a yank or two and this could prove difficult.

I tend to agree, a lot of people are critical of his heart and stamina etc but there doesn't seem anyone else worthy to claim to be No. 1. Klitschko might be tall and unorthodox but he is very effective at what he does and i just see him pulling back off that Rahman right hand and counter punching him to a stoppage win.

barret could of ko'ed rachman in the last round, his corner were well pissed - rachman was wobbling about and barret was clinching. Imagine vitali having that opportunity.

It was a pretty dull fight, barret running away too much.

On the subject of this fight, i am not up to date with the whole alphabet regime so how come Rahman had to fight Barrett at all in a "final eliminator"?

Wasn't Rahman scheduled to fight Klitschko like twice or something and Klitschko pulled out with injury? And then while waiting for Klitschko to recover Rahman has to fight Barrett? What if Rahman had lost? Does he then lose his right to fight Klitschko who pulled out of their fight with injury :o Someone help me out cause i am confused

It was for the interim belt, Klitchsko now has a certain number of days to fight Rahman or Rahman will be the champion proper.

Cheers Stu, my alphabet politics knowledge is not what it should be. I am sure there was something to be gained by Rahman but didn't realise this was the case :TU:
