Maybe ITV didnt realise when allegedly said he has a contract with Hatton,it was Matthew he was refering to.
With all the recent news about Hatton leaving allegedly ,what will happen to ITVs coverage of Boxing when they realise they dont have Hatton.
Rumours are rife that the whole deal hinges on him and that ITV will pull the plug if he isnt shown.Warren is already threatening legal action so the situation must be desperate.
Looks like Hatton is jumping HMS SPORTSNETWORK before it is scuttled for the 10th time.

Ray Hatton is quoted as saying he (as Ricky's "business manager") has been threatened with legal action by Warren.

Can't see an honourable man like Ricky taking to kindly to his family being threatened. If it's true, it does indeed smack of desperation.

From what I've read then he was naive (not stupid). I think he just assumed that if he got Hatton the one fight he wanted then Hatton would sign another contract with him.

If there was a verbal agreement hatton should stick to it. As MR mcneily
says hatton is an honerable man.
Frank has seen all this before i would be surprised if he has not covered
himself.What a nightmare for SN if hatton is free.

It's business, and Warren would have no qualms dumping Hatton, if he got a better offer. So why should Hatton not provide for himself, and earn his big paydays. He owes Warren fornicate all, Warren has milked him for years.
