The Deaths of Greb and Flowers - Foul Play??

Tiger Flowers and Harry Greb both died on operating tables having minor sugery (I believe both were having work done on their noses) within a year of each other. They were both in their 30s and in excellent health. I seem to remember a quote from Mickey Walker's autobiography where he says something like "I choose to believe their similar deaths were coincidental." Or something like that. I've looked all over for my copy of Walker's book but I can't find it. I remember thinking when I read that years ago Mick might have been hinting that not everyone thought of those deaths as coincidental. Have any of you fight experts ever heard any controversy about that? Very weird happenings.

I believe it was just a macabre coincidence, not foul play.
But still, it must have shaken up the Middleweight division pretty mcuh. Imagine if Bernard Hopkins and Jermain Taylor were both dead a year from now. It would shake the division, and boxing in general, pretty bad imo.
