It is already hour that checks if Howard Clarke can continue boxing. He lost than 30 consecutive bouts, 7 of them by KO or TKO. he doesn't win from May of 2002. At least, by prevention, the English authorities of boxing, would have to review their card.

Spot on.

The Board of Control Area Councils review the boxers every time they have four losses on the trot. If the boxer is constantly being knocked out or hurt then they take away his licence. Clarke doesn't get hurt he normally losses on points

Yeah, but you can get hurt worse in a four rounder than being stopped in a round. All depends what happens during the duration of the fight - the length of time the bout went, or even the result, is merely a statistic. Clarke also suffered a couple of bad knockouts over the last year or so - one was to scouse prospect Paul Smith, IIRC. Deffo one to watch for the board, IMO.

No, because he is defensive minded with an impenetrable crab defence to boot. Though if the board, while monitoring him, were to find any red spots, then of course his case should be reviewed.
