Mayweather is just a phenomenom, i was watching his fight with Bruseles last night and he was answering Jim Lampley's questions ringside during the fight. Lampley was asking Roy Jones Jnr who he thought would win the American Football and Mayweather answered while punching! It was surreal.

agreed.... why do u think hatton wont fight him?..cause hes the best boxer in the game,... maybe if hatton had the same balls gatti had then he would fight him, but pbf would make anyone in that weight class look like a fool.

Yeah i agree, you can easily tell via body signs and wording/expression pm hatton's face that he doesn't want to fight PBF. It'll ruin hatton's hype at the moment for sure if he was made to look like a fool.

Before i watched this fight i looked at PBF record and noticed that in 2 or 3 of his fights in his career that his opponents corner men have pulled their guy out of the fight, watching Gatti-PBF made me realise why the corner men would have done these in PBF previous fights, basically he just beats his opponents up, the man is just to accurate (that Gatti fight was pretty sickening to watch).
I don't know if anyone has seen PBF - N'Dou but the way he finished N'Dou off was amazing, i think it was 3 straight rights through N'Dou's guard, bang bang bang
(that fight just shows the speed & accuracy PBF has).
Overall an amazing fighter

i think the gatti fight flattered him.
although i do accept that mayweather is the best fighter out there in world boxing at present.

Hatton has good attributes to give Mayweather problems (pressure, stamina,pressure,bodywork and pressure) . BUT Hatton is not acting like a man wanting the fight. Hes not talking about Mayweather at all, hes fighting Maussa (his own choice now hes self managed), hes not even talking about Mayweather.
The key to beating Mayweather or giving him a hard time is confidence - Gatti felt inferior from the opening bell and only threw about 10shots a round (probably would of lost anyway but swarming was his best ticket and he didnt take it). Hattons not acting confident so he may not fight his best fight if it happens. Many fights are won and lost before the opening bell

Mayweathers the one talking like he doesn't want him. Mayweather will want the fight mostly on his terms and wanted Winky to weigh in twice if he fought him and wanted more pay.

At least Mayweather mentions Hatton, Hatton doesn't mention Mayweather
I think it was fair Mayweather wanted Winky to fight as a Junior Middle instead of a light heavy, its sort of like a catch weight idea. Winky has outrangous demands of his own - for instance only been willing to offer Ike Quartley a tiny purse (probably a 1/20th of his purse) for a fight

Mayweather will be 33 in 5 years, and could well be way past his peak.

He was excellent at Super Feather but i think it is his weight hopping exploits wich will ultimately secure his legacy, at SF he didn't fight fight Casamayor, Freitas or Spadafora (through no fault of his own i add) to be considered supremely dominant.

There's a fornicate of a lot of competition at feather and super feather. It's historically probably the most talent packed.

Freitas and Cassa were beat by then men he beat though (Chico and Castillo) so he was the man by a long stretch. Cassa-May would have been interesting though
