Trivia Question.

In the week leading up to his fight with Muhammad Ali, defending Champion Larry Holmes was sparring and received a small cut above his eye.
The cut apparently needed three small stitches to close it but they managed to keep it quiet and the fight went ahead as schedueled.
But.....Who was the sparring partner?????
