this forum doesnt seem to be as lively as it was when i first came to the site... maybe we'er running out of ideas? anyone notice this or have any opinion on why its dieing off.

It seems to me that there are more "joke" topics; maybe sarcastic or "wiseass" would be the better way of saying it. Also, the debate seems to be less a discussion or an exchange of ideas than it does a way to belittle, attack or personally insult another boxing fan. There are also a lot of posts that apparently are made just to waste time, or perhaps to show how clever the author thinks he is? I cannot understand why any one would go through all the time etc... to post asinine bs garbage or to act like a 6th grade boy trying to gross out the girls.
It seems to me that every thing lately is revolving around Ali vs... topics and many threads aren't really debatable or arguable- I don't know how to describe them really. I miss some of those topics from several weeks back where we'd get 3 pages of good conversation on a subject and I could learn something I hadn't known when I logged in.

As a viewer for years and contributor for months I think it goes in waves.
