Muhammad Ali & Igor Visotsky. Exhibition bout?

I read that at some point in time Muhammad Ali went to Russia and fought a three round exhibition bout with Russian amateur Heavyweight star Igor Visotsky.
I also read that Igor Visotsky got the better of Ali? I assume this was in the mid to late 1970's but I am just guessing.
Anybody else know anymore about this event?
