From Fightnews!
Heavyweight James Toney will return December 1 at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk (formerly known as the Universal Amphitheatre), in Los Angeles. "It'll be 'Lights Out' in Hollywood," promoter Dan Goossen told Fightnews.com. Toney (69-4-2, 43 KOs) will defend his IBA heavyweight title against "The All-American Prizefighter" Rob Calloway (61-5-1, 46 KOs) in a special edition of "Best Damn Sports Show Period" on FOX Sports Net.

any guy that gets 42 consecutive pages written about him on the current scene deserves a big fight. not even ali or tyson can claim that on boxrec.

I seen that, I don't get it myself 42 pages!

He should be awarded a title for that alone

Its just to keep Toney in the gym and to make sure he keeps in shape for a proposed title shot against Byrd in February

This is a bit of a p*ss take and pretty much pointless for this fight to go ahead, I doubt anyone will pay to see it either.

What happened to Toney being the best HW and him looking to take on Vitali?
If he thinks he will beat Vitali, he's ludicrous!

A stay busy fight for Toney with his ranking and possible world title shot again in 2006 would be a top 10 or 15 guy in my eyes. This fight should not last long and serves nothing. He'd be better off with good gym work and hard sparring.
The All American Prize Fighter is not even a top 50 fighter, terrible prep I think.
