Decent fight this weekend.

With the cancellation of the Klitchsko card this weekend isn't the best. We do have the anticipated Maskaev vs Sam fight and its a decent bill with Sylvester defending his title against the EU champ (was was scheduled earlier this year to fight Wayne Pinder).
However an intriguing bout that is taking place the night before in the states has revieved little attention. Juan Lazcano, a fighter who seemed like he had the tools to beat Jose Luis Castillo, is taking on fringe contender, and decent all rounder, Courtney Burton in a 10 round lightweight. I don't think it is any eliminator, but it is good enough to be one.
It is doubly intriguing becuase neither can say they are best prepared for this. Burton has been active, but is 0-2 and that should actually read 0-4 if the judges would have scored the Augustus fight properly. However, all his defeats have been against very good operators (Reyes, Elder, Augustus and Julio Diaz). Lazcano though has only fough 1 round in a 1 and a 1/2 - so not ideal preparation for this fight.
It could be intriguing, I think Lazcano starts at the favourite - Telefutura will be showing it (what nation/s does Telefutura broadcast too?). I would be nice if Sky show this fight/bill as it looks unlikely we will have any boxing between Saturday and the Hatton fight. It surely will not be expensive to buy the rights off.
