Yesterday, I tried to look up this fight in the NY Times on microfilm from April 19, 1968.Interestingly, no boxing was listed as being scheduled for New York on that day in the Times sports section.The April 20 1968 edition did not contain any boxing results.Was this fight at MSG or perhaps another venue in NYC?I know that the Times covered MSG boxing during the 60's-did they cover figts at other NY venues as well? I'm very interesed in Rondon's career.
