Considering it doesn't take too awful much to get a WBU title, I'd say the answer is yes.

I think Tesco's are giving the WBU belt away with every £50 spent in store
Serious, forget the WBU, it means nothing at all. Its the old route you want to go, British, Commonwealth, European and World.
Titles are mostly not what they used to be and if Matt Skelton gave up the WBU Heavyweight so called "World title" to stay as British champion, that ought to explain the meaning of the WBU.
It's used to make things sound good and fake the public into thinking it's world championship boxing and make more money on fights that would never get that tag put to the match up, botton line

To be honest I'd be very surprised if Power became a geniune World Champion, thats nothing against him.
He's at a weight were at the top level you'll get hardened Mexicans, he's a long way to go and the Napa fight was very split.
He should aim towards a shot at the European title after making some money out of the British title.

If you mean a genuine world champion (if such exists these days) then i would say no, but i think his courage and stamina could carry him onto competing at European level, not winning but competing. He is more than capable of becoming a WBU or WBF champion but then again my neighbour Big John who weighs 23 stone and smokes 40 a day could also aspire to those titles.

Of course not, he's simply not good enough. He almost got knocked out by a guy who has fists made out of cotton wool.

Power is a good domestic fighter , there is no shame in that.
He can pick up one of the fringe world titles and the fringe European titles (EU).
'Proper' world level - no. Then again maybe a bit of luck and the WBO might fall into his lap , as it were.
