Callaghan vs Asiku.

Nice to see Sky pick this one up following the cancelation of the Rahman vs Klitchsko clash.

A huge opportunity for the game Callaghan. Asiku is the favourite, but is not exceptional. I still expect him to be to much for Callaghan who has always giving me the impression of being just a little shy of domestic title clash - but then, I don't think he is going to get as good a chance at winning a meaningful belt.

I think that if Callaghan works hard and keeps his hands up he can pick up the win on points.

Asiku is decent if not great , he is tough and never been stopped , the main point is that he has only lost to title contenders , Nedal Hussein , Gary St Clair and Phafrakorb Rakkietgym. It doesnt look to good for Marc

Asiku on points.

After judging the form guide i am picking Asiku to stop Callaghan late, but i am usually wrong :TU:

It looks a decent fight. Michael Hunter said his scrap with Callaghan late last year was tougher than his recent battle with Pickering. Marc should have some decent support tonight and it could easily get close.

PS - Who are Boxing News tipping? Not got my copy through the door today.

Asiku's price has collapsed. Has Callaghan lost an arm or something. From 4/7 to 1/5 in places today. I've just had a nice bit of the 7/4 with Stan James on him winning on points. Callaghan game and durable and will have to be motivated for this. Asiku not the most devastating puncher according to his record, tho his stoppage of De Milo looks impressive.
