eurosport late coverage

Why does it take Eurosport up to 6-8 weeks to show top Euro fights? I still haven't seen Brewster-Krasniqi or Gomez-McCall, and god knows when Erdei-Sahnoune will turn up. Whn we finally get 'em there's usually rounds misisng. You're fucked if you want to stay current with European boxing, on of all channels, Eurosport.

It is a very long time since I have seen a cut fight on Eurosport (except at the end of live coverage).
All the fights you mention are Universum fight, maybe they have a different deal with Eurosport since it doesnt take that long for Sauerland fights to be on.

I've noticed this too. Beyer vs Sheika and Valuev vs Donald seemed to be on after 4 weeks, I'd love to see Eurosport make a move on live coverage of these fights somewhere along the line.

They simply cant afford to sent those fights live.

British Eurosport used to show fights from America (delayed) also. But they're letting themselves down with the coverage of big German events. By the time these fights are on I often miss them. Does it take Holdsworth so long to sit down, watch 'em and have a natter? or is it something else?

Also when other fights are listed in the TV guide , they never seem to be on, especially if it's a wednesday. I remember looking forward to O'Neil Bell-Rothmann (even though it's not a euro fight) & some low rent contest including a female fight was on. I was well pissed.

I got so pissed off when it wasn't on the first time that I bought it off a DVD dealer. Excellent fight, by the way.

Freiheit, when do we get the chance to see Gomez-McCall and Adameck-Ulright/Briggs-Whittaker? I'm anxious to see them, there's a hell of a lot of quality stuff in Germany. also, Erdei-Sahnoune can't be that far off can it?...

This is what we where talking about earlier. The Adamek / Ulrich and Erdei / Sahnoune cards where promoted by Universum and their shows seem to be taking longer to appear on Eurosport than the Sauerland shows.

29th Nov for Sam vs Maskaev is very quick indeed.

How did you (and how do you) find out about when Eurosport will show certain fights?

Website is pretty good, but they have promised Tua's last fight for a few weeks now and I still haven't seen it. Apparently scheduled on Tuesday, we'll see.
